It was a stressful road, as "they" always say it will be. There were a lot of moments when Darren and I thought that this just might not happen, that we would have to wait and keep on renting and keep on looking. Dear Mr. Schepper:

This correspondence is in reference to my FHA closing which was held on Thursday, October 8, 2009 in Danielson, CT. Your representative, Mr. Roger Browne, processed this loan application. It is my pleasure to comment on Mr. Browne’s professional attention to this matter.

From the very beginning of my loan application in March, 2009, Mr. Browne worked tirelessly to obtain the much needed information from my seller who was applying for FHA approval. This process was plagued with problems: the seller forwarded incomplete information to Mr. Browne on several occasions, and returned requested paperwork in an untimely manner, etc. As you can imagine, this was very frustrating for me as a buyer who was anxiously waiting to purchase a home. In the end, FHA approval was granted, but my seller decided not to renew the purchase agreement to sell the property at the agreed upon price! The seller decided that the property was worth more than he originally agreed to, and was going to raise the price by approximately $30,000! I was then in the position to start looking for a home all over again!

Mr. Browne remained in constant contact with me and my real estate agent as well as the seller and his realtor. After approximately five months of continued efforts on his part, Mr. Browne received word that my original seller had changed his mind. After offering some much needed words of encouragement, Mr. Browne shifted right back into gear and began to assist me in starting the process all over again.

I cannot begin to describe his sincere efforts to assist me in my quest to purchase a home. He worked endlessly with individuals who were not always willing to cooperate and his attention to detail was outstanding. Without his professional approach to this process, I am certain that I would not be a homeowner today.

It took almost eight months, but yesterday I was able to purchase my home and I am absolutely thrilled! I have nothing but praise for the professional service I received from Mr. Browne and will certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home through FHA. He is most definitely an asset to your organization and to the individuals he assists in the mortgage application process.

It is my intention to forward a copy of this letter to Mr. Browne. His hard work and tenacity are greatly appreciated and I wanted you, as well as Mr. Browne, to know that his positive approach, attention to detail, and dedicated service has made this loan process a positive experience.

I know you worry about your buyers being stressed out over all the paperwork but for most buyers, it's a one time deal. For you, it's daily. I apologize for taking so long. We have been really busy with the new house. Closing went very smooth.

I really appreciate everything Angela and Sharon did for us. I know that taking on our mortgage application was a big pain. We went through one mortgage processor locally who said that he couldn't qualify us due to debt to income (he was unwilling to take out the business debt). Then we asked our personal bank and they said that they could take a look at our application, but it would take awhile because they were too busy with refinancing applications (The bank has since sold the mortgage dept. due to bad customer service). As a last resort we went on LendingTree.com. One of the other banks that contacted us also said no due to debt to income ratio and business debt.

When I first heard from Angela I honestly didn't think she would be willing or able to get anything done, but I am really glad we let her try. So, first, I want to say thank you for attempting when others wouldn't even bother. Then Angela and Sharon kept pushing and checking and working to get to closing. I know that dealing with the VA is a pain sometimes (bureaucracies). Second, I want to thank both of you for your perseverance on our behalf. Angela was always polite, timely and willing to help. I always received an almost immediate responses to all of my emails. I know that Sharon had to explain and re-explain to the VA our financial situation. I know (from above) that most mortgage companies wouldn't have even bothered.

Bottom line is that we feel extremely blessed with all the hard work the Primelending team put into helping our family get into a home. Keep up the great work. If there is anything I need to do to relay this message further, please let me know. I will be referring Primelending.

Hi Tara!

Thank you so much for you good wishes and for all your help through this process. Lewis and I both feel like we've found a new "daughter"!

I took the day off yesterday to get some more moving done, and we slept at the new house last night!!!! I got new master bedroom furniture and a new sofa and love seat which should all be delivered one day this week. We still have some things to move from the old house and then we are planning to have a big garage sale.

I hate to tell you, but I ate at JC's last Friday night - it was yummy! I don't think it would work out to well for me to send you a burger so that means you are just going to have to come visit us again soon.
